Asian style home decor is more popular then ever it seems. From Japanese Tansu cabinets to Chinese sideboards, Asian antiques and their contemporary updates are appearing in all sorts of modern designs. Greentea Design is a North American retailer with a wide range of Asian furniture, both contemporary and antique. With over 10 years of experience Greentea Design is at the forefront of this niche of interior design. They have established lasting relationships with talented artisans and shrewed antiques merchants in China, Japan, Korea and in South East Asia.

Greentea Design has committed to the environment. They use reclaimed wood from aging structures left behind from the rapid modernization of mainland Asia. All the contemporary pieces available are made using this wood. One set of pieces that exemplify this are the Maru dining tables; these are flooring from tradition aristocratic Korean homes, with the original supports used as legs. The years of care that they have received has left these with an incredibly smooth feeling surface and a deep and expressive patina.

Greentea has recently been expanding its line of kitchen cabinets to more fully cover the varying needs of a home. The free standing cabinets have experienced a surge of popularity since they appeared on The Apprentice. To cover special requirements of individual customers many custom pieces have been created to order and have continued to spawn new products to further the standard designs available. The experienced designers at Greentea work with each customer to create a kitchen tailored to their needs.

Have you found that perfect new or used vehicle yet? Before you even start looking, see what your car loans and finance options are. Do some research online. There are so many options out there, you will not get the right deal for you until you check it out.

You can research on line, go to your local bank or financial lending institution or a car dealership. Be prepared to answer all the questions about your finances and payment history. They will be asked. When you are seeking a car loan, it seems harder sometimes than buying a house. Do not let that discourage you. Keep going and checking out all the competition. They all want to give you a loan so find the right financing that will benefit you.

Car Loans and Finance options are all over the place out there. Most advertise for bad credit and tell you not to worry, they can find an auto loan that is right for you. The reason they can do this is they have access to a huge database for companies that offer auto loans. Dealerships have contracts with specific lenders and are not allowed to go out of that scope. You see the benefit to maybe not seeking financing with the dealership?

If you already know you have challenged credit when seeking a car loan and financing, go online and see what can be offered to you. The frustration of setting in a dealership with all kinds of uncomfortable questions will not detour you from your dream of a new or used vehicle. If you can afford the payments, you will find financing. So go for it, look for the perfect financing. If you are patient you will find it.

Are you in the market for a used car? How does one start to buy a used car? There are so many options out there. You can look in the want ads, go to used car lots, online, and there are many different used car/truck magazines you can pick up. What is the best way for you? Let us explore some options.

If you already now what kind of used car you are in the market for, going online can make the process real easy for you. All you have to do is put in the kind of vehicle, make and model, you are looking for, and there it is. Pretty simply, huh! Most online vehicle sales will guarantee the condition of the vehicle. This is a great selling feature for both you and the dealer.

You can also go to your local used car dealerships. Look them all over and make a decision. The benefit from this is you can take the car for a test drive and really get the fill for it. Drive many cars and experience the difference in how they handle. Actually driving the car is a selling point for me. You can really like the look of a car, but when you drive it, it may not handle all that well so you cross that one off the list.

What every you are comfortable with is the process you should take to purchase a used car. Just remember it is for you, don not let sales men talk you into something that is not right for you. You work hard and will be paying good money for your vehicle. Get what you want and have fun with it. You need to feel good and comfortable with your decision.

In today’s financial world, the market is a little rough. This trickles down to everyone. Our debts become higher and higher. What are our options when you see your debts getting out of control? This time of year more than usual amounts of people, probably feel the pressure from debt and are looking for some relief.

One obvious option is a Debt Consolidation Loan. You ask, what is that? Well, it is a loan that will consolidate your debt into one low rate with one payment, eliminating many monthly bills. Sounds like a good option, doesn’t it. Well, how would one get started on this?

There are many financial companies out there that offer a debt consolidation loan as we do. I invite you to look around, shop, and see what your best options are. The things you need to consider are:

• Credit Score
• Job Stability
• Yearly Wage
• All your Finances

Talk to your loan officer. Just because you are talking does not obligate you to anything. Be aware that giving your social security number out is giving them permission to run your credit. Don’t let anyone run your credit for a debt consolidation loan until you are ready to proceed.

Some people are not aware that every time your credit scores are pulled it lowers your credit rating. The better your score the better your interest rate options will be. Getting the best interest rate is the point of a debt consolidation loan. This and this alone will allow you to put all your loans into one and get them paid off. Once again, giving you one low monthly payment.

Think of all the credit cards that can be paid off, or a car or student loan. However, do keep in mind you do need to have some equity in your home to take out a debt consolidation loan. What you’re doing is adding your mortgage(s), credit cards, student loans, and/or car loans all into one, so the equity you have in your home is very important

A blog refers to a private webpage, which is published by either an individual or a group of individuals. Blogs are usually personal journals or diaries and are used to comment on all sorts of topics depending on the interests of the blogger (author). Usually the look and feel of a blog is besed upon a template. Templates change the look and feel of a blog to your liking. There are thousands of blog templates to choose from on the net and you can always find one you might like.

A blog is usually updated frequently, maybe monthly, weekly or even daily, it all depends on the blogger. Most blogs enable the visitors to post comments and/or suggestions allowing interactivity between the blogger and the visitors.

Now that we have determined what a blog is, why would one want to blog? There are actually many different reasons to blog. Some reasons may be to draw traffic to a site. Posting a blog on a regular basis using specific fraises or words can draw traffic to a site. In the eyes of the owner of the site, this is definitely a good thing.

Another reason may be just simply to get your opinion or the opinions of others out in the open. A blog would always be an open forum communication. I suppose it could be therapeutic for some.

One other very important reason for blogging is the search engines will see your site as active. This will only enhance the page rank that you have on your site. When your site has the appearance of active, more people come to your site. That is what we all ultimately want, as many people as possible to visit your site.

So, research on the net. Than start your blog. Have fun with your opinion and let others voice there’s as well. You never know were it could lead you.

You can blog in a template if you do not like the humdrum of plain old text. What this would do is give you a prettier or jazzier look to the blog site. Just about any Blog template can be found on the internet for free or you can pay for them. Just do some research on the internet and you will be ready to start your own blog in now time.

Surety bonds are three-party agreements where the issuer of the bond (the surety) joins with the second party (the principal) in guaranteeing to a third party (the obligee) the fulfillment of an obligation on the part of the principal.

Obligee: The party (person, corporation, or government agency) to whom a bond is given. The obligee is also the party protected by the bond against loss.

Principal: The individual who is required to be bonded by the obligee.

Surety: A person or institution that guarantees the acts of another person or institution.

A commonly asked question about Surety Bonds is the cost. This is a difficult question to answer because surety bond premiums vary from one surety to another. A surety bond premium can range from half of one percent to two percent of the contract amount. This is based on size, type, credit, and duration of the project.

Some bonds consist of several different bonds put together. A performance bond can include payment bonds and maintenance bonds. Typically, these bonds are priced based on the value of the contract being bonded, and not the size of the bond. If the contract amount changes, the premium adjusts to reflect the change.

It is the contractor’s responsibility to obtain the bond when the bonds are specified in a contract. The contractor usually figures the bond premium into the bid amount. This premium is typically payable upon execution of the bond.

Commercial bonds have a greater range of pricing, and high-risk bonds require 10% collateral along with a higher premium.

There could be a waiting period to obtain a surety bond. There are a variety of factors, such as the underwriters at the bonding company; they can bog down this process. So doing your research will help to improve this period. While some bonds are approved immediately, others can take from one to four business days. After approval, the bonds issuance typically occurs about one to two days after receipt of payment (and any other documents required by the surety for release of bond).

How would one obtain a Surety Bond? This is actually the easiest part of understanding a surety bond. There are so many sites on the internet that will give you more information on the different kinds of bonds as well as were and how to purchase one. So do the research and learn about this product before you commit your self. You will be glad you did.

Deleting the file isn’t the end, though. All you need to do is open up the Recycle Bin on your desktop, select the file and drag it onto the desktop or into an Explorer window to recover it. Or simply double-click to open the Recycle Bin, select the file, and choose Restore from the pop-up menu to restore it to its original folder. Voila! Witness the file’s second coming.

Now, what happens if you empty the Recycle Bin? Surely that’s the end of the file’s existence? To all appearances, yes. The file will appear to have been completely annihilated. But that’s only because Microsoft reckons once you’ve deleted a file and emptied the Recycle Bin, you and the file have both had enough chances. But with an undelete utility there’s a good chance you can resurrect the file yet again for its third go at life – good news for those of us whose fingers work faster than our brains.

When a file is deleted from your computer, its contents aren’t immediately destroyed. Windows simply marks the hard drive space as being available for use by changing one character in the file table so that the file entry won’t be displayed in My Computer or a commandline DIR command, etc. If you manage to start an undeletion process before Windows uses that part of the hard drive to write a new file, all you have to do is set that flag back to “on” and you get the file.

Obviously, the sooner you try to restore a deleted file, the more successful you’ll be. But stop a moment and think about the other things that could cause this part of the hard drive to be overwritten. If your hard drive is pretty full, the odds are much greater that Windows will grab your precious unallocated space for its next write. Or, if you defrag the hard drive, you run the risk of unused parts of the drive being overwritten! (This also means that if you are running silent background defrag services like Diskeeper, or if you have defrag utilities scheduled to defrag automatically, you might get blindsided - lose your chance at data recovery - if you don’t halt them until you have your deleted file recovered.

Always be prepaired; This is my own example: I had a trojan and used a well known virus/spyware program to remove the 50 effected items out of my computer. Along the way the computer froze and never restarted from that “good” drive again. I have a external hard drive but had not backed-up to it for months. If I had done just a simple backup to DVD. I would have saved all the aggrivation. Computer viruses and worms are an unfortunate fact of life. Good “computer hygiene” can greatly reduce your risk, but it requires conscious effort, diligence and good judgment. Considering the malicious nature of many viruses, you need to be prepared for the worst case.

If you think about these examples, you’ll realize that while you can lower the odds there is no way to absolutely prevent these things from happening. And the more you use a computer the greater the odds because of the increased wear and tear and greater opportunity for human error.

If you have ever wondered about the importance of keeping a backup, imagine how you would feel if a virus destroyed the contents of your hard drive? Or a problem could only be solved by using a system recovery CD, wiping out all your data in the process? Or you run FDISK and accidentally remove a partition on the wrong drive? Or your hard drive dies, taking your data with it? Mistakes will always happen and all disc drives eventually expire. Without a backup it is a disaster, with a backup it is reduced to a very large nuisance.

The only real protection is to make regular backups: Backups you can trust to have what you need on them, and trust to be usable when you really need them.

If you have a CD/CD-RW device installed on your system possibly the best choice for you is to “backup to CD”. It is more reliable than backing up to another HDD in your system, since you can keep CD disks in a different place away from your computer.

You can easily make several copies with different versions of your files. You can also use rewritable (CD-RW) disks to save new backup versions over old ones. You can select to erase the disk before writing it. Along with the flexible backup scheduler, this feature will turn your CD writer into a powerful backup engine.

Here are a few of the features:

CRC verification when writing on CD/DVD.

Quick erase option for CD/DVD.

Speed selection for CD/DVD burning.

Flexible file selection and file masks handling.

Multi-threaded transfer engine that executes backups in the background with minimum system resource consumption.

Command line interface for professional users.

Ability to store multiple versions of backup files with timestamps.

A number of options to specify default actions executed without user interaction when running in service mode.

Option to run backup on log on/log off.

Options to set any other program to run before or after processing an item.

Backup of selected registry keys.

MD4/MD5 password authentication for FTP servers.

Import/export of all settings and registration status

Option to restore to a folder different from the original one.

E-mail notification about operation results.

Support for SMTP servers requiring authorization.

Ability to choose priority for the background backup process.

Option to wait N minutes after logon before processing backups.

Activity log in RTF format with the option to automatically ZIP old log files.

Choice between more and less detailed log view.

Windows XP compatible user interface.

Your storage format depends upon the type of data you want to store. If you need really good security you should choose good encryption, even if this results in a data format specific to your backup program. In any case you should make sure that your program can restore files from the backup copy even on a different system, or after full system reinstall. If your data can be compressed efficiently, you can apply compression. Finally, if you have a choice between keeping all backup data in a single file and storing each original file separately, you should choose depending on whether you need an incremental backup or not.
